Cerebral blood flow (CBF) can be measured with dynamic positron emission tomography (PET) of <sup>15</sup>O-labeled water by using tracer kinetic modelling. However, for quantification of regional CBF, an arterial input function (AIF), obtained from arterial blood sampling, is required.
