Hypoxia reprogrammed glucose metabolism affects the Warburg effect of tumor cells, but the mechanism is still unclear. Long-chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) has been found by many studies to be involved in the Warburg effect of tumor cells under hypoxic condition.
