Complete Genome Sequences of Pseudomonas lundensis Strains M101 and M105, Isolated from 1% Pasteurized Milk.

ABSTRACT: Here, we report the complete genome sequences of two strains of Pseudomonas lundensis, M101 and M105, which were isolated from 1% pasteurized milk. Long-read sequencing was performed using a MinION sequencer, and reads were assembled into circular chromosomes of 4,842,187 bp and 4,814,486 bp for M101 and M105, respectively. Both strains had additional plasmid sequences.

Project description:Here, we present data on the complete genome sequences of 11 Staphylococcus sp. isolates (three S. chromogenes isolates and one isolate each of S. saprophyticus, S. xylosus, S. hominis, S. agnetis, S. caprae, S. aureus, and S. warneri), obtained as part of a mastitis study of buffalo milk (from healthy animals and from those with subclinical mastitis) and milkers' hands.

Project description:The complete genome sequences, as determined by a combination of short- and long-read sequencing, of three Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strains (M8, M17, and M19) that were isolated from Iranian motal cheese are reported. The genome sizes were estimated to be 3.3, 3.3, and 3.5 Mbp, respectively, with GC contents of approximately 44.5%.
