Chronic exposure to aristolochic acid (AA) leads to renal interstitial fibrosis and nephropathy. In this study, we aimed to investigate the renoprotective effects of <i>Panax ginseng</i> extract (GE) and ginsenoside saponin (GS) on AA-induced nephropathy (AAN) in mice.
