ABSTRACT: A 23-year-old woman with history of tetralogy of Fallot presented with new hypertension and constitutional symptoms first diagnosed as coartation of aorta based on primary imaging but that turned out to be Takayasu arteritis after more evaluation by laboratory data and complementary imaging modalities .
