ABSTRACT:

Background

To predict the treatment response for axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) with hip involvement in 1 year based on MRI and clinical indicators.

Methods

A total of 77 axSpA patients with hip involvement (60 males; median age, 25 years; interquartile, 22-31 years old) were treated with a drug recommended by the Assessment of SpondyloArthritis international Society and the European League Against Rheumatism (ASAS-EULAR) management. They were prospectively enrolled according to Assessment in SpondyloArthritis international Society (ASAS) criteria.
