Schaaf-Yang syndrome (SYS) is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder caused by pathogenic variants in the MAGEL2 gene. It is usually a postnatal diagnosis in infants with muscular hypotonia and feeding difficulties. There are no cases diagnosed antenatally.
