Coronary Artery-Ventricular Pseudoaneurysm Fistula After Myocardial Infarction.


ABSTRACT: A 56-year-old man presented to the emergency department with chest pain. The diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction caused by a left circumflex artery occlusion was made. After conservative treatment, a fistula between the circumflex artery and the left ventricle, and the evolution of the pseudoaneurysm, were noted. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.).
