Triphenylborane catalyzes the copolymerization and terpolymerization of epoxides and CO<sub>2</sub> to yield polycarbonates with excellent dispersity. <i>Via</i> assisted tandem catalysis, these materials could be hydrosilylated in a one-pot fashion yielding modified polymeric materials.
