<i>Berchemia racemosa</i> Siebold & Zucc., 1845 is a rare species distributed in restricted areas in the western Korean peninsula. In this study, the complete chloroplast genome (plastome) of <i>B. racemosa</i> was sequenced and assembled by Illumina paired-end sequencing.
