Chromotrace High and Low Density DNA Simulation Data

ABSTRACT: Output from a simulation scheme for simulating DNA as ensembles of polymer chains in a nucleus in 3D space. The archive file contains 200 simulations of DNA in the nucleus, 100 high and 100 low density simulations.
