ABSTRACT: Whole genome sequencing of cultured blood stages of P. falciparum from two different parasite populations. Samples: C580Y - 3D7 parasites SLI-edited to contain a C580Y mutation in gene k13. 29th - 3D7 parasites SLI-edited to contain a C580Y mutation in gene k13, harvested after selection through 29 consecutive ring stage survival assays with dihydroartemisinin.
