Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of Bacterial Microbiota in Three Musca domestica Populations from Shiraz, Southern Iran

ABSTRACT: Our study provides a comprehensive analysis of the bacterial microbiota of the housefly, Musca domestica, in three highly trafficked and crowded areas in Shiraz. We utilized Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) to identify the bacterial microbiota of these flies.
