Base-pairing probability matrixes for group I introns identified in the NT database

ABSTRACT: Base-pairing probability matrixes for the set of 42,459 group I introns identified in the NT database through Infernal covariance model search with reliable boundaries. These were calculated with EternaFold, CONTRAfold, ViennaRNA, NUPACK, RNAstructure and RNAsoft. After decompressing, the provided dataset contains 6 folders, each containing individual matrixes for each intron with one of the 6 software packages. Each individual matrix is provided as .npy file (NumPy object).
