The effect of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection on the mouse faecal metabolome

ABSTRACT: Faecal samples were taken before RSV infection and every day for seven days following infection. Samples were sent to Metabolon (USA) for Ultrahigh Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectroscopy (UPLC-MS/MS) analysis to determine the metabolomic profile.
