Identification of the source events for aerosol generation during oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The datasets in this entry correspond to the data plotted in the figures in the manuscript "Identification of the source events for aerosol generation during oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy" published in Gut, doi:10.1136/gutjnl-2021-324588.
In addition, we present the raw data of sampled aerosol concentrations during oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy procedures for 15 human subjects (Time vs Sampled Concentration), which form the basis for the results in the manuscript. For each subject, a file containing the total aerosol concentration sampled by an OPS (units of particles.cm-3) is provided, as well as a aerosol size-resolved data. We also provide the anonymized timesheets listing the time that each activity was performed for each subject. All data files contain self-explanatory column headings.
