ABSTRACT: Transcriptional profiling of 4 SCCO tumors compared to age-matched normal ovary to investigate underlying tumor biology and potential therapeutic targets. RNA from 4 SCCO fresh-frozen tumors were individually hybridized to a pool of 2 commercial normal ovary RNA on Agilent 44K v2 human gene expression microarrays
