Pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a malignant disease resulting from accumulation of genetic alterations. A robust technology, single nucleotide polymorphism oligonucleotide genomic microarray (SNP-chip) in concert with bioinformatics offers the opportunity to discover the genetic lesions associated with ALL.
