ABSTRACT: In the title compound, [Ag(NH(3))(2)](2)(C(8)H(3)NO(6))·H(2)O, the cations have an almost linear coordination geometry with two ammine ligands and inter-act with the water mol-ecules [Ag?O(water) = 2.725?(4) and 2.985?(4)?Å]. In the crystal, N-H?O and O-H?O hydrogen bonds, combined with weak (lone pair)?? [O?centroid distance = 3.401?(4)?Å] and ?-? stacking [centroid-centroid distance = 3.975?(3)?Å] inter-actions, stabilize the three-dimensional supra-molecular network.
