ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(19)H(16)N(2)O(3), the dihedral angle between the naphthalene ring system and the benzene ring is 19.8?(3)°. An intra-molecular O-H?N hydrogen bond stabilizes the mol-ecular conformation. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked via inter-molecular N-H?O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the a axis.
