ABSTRACT: Elementary, Dr. Watson! A combination of YES and OR logic gates was applied to differentiate between DNA sequences of wild-type and rifampin-resistant (Rif(r)) Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) in a multiplex real-time fluorescent assay.
