ABSTRACT: The versatility of copper-catalyzed alkyne-azide coupling (CuAAC) in functionalizing drug-loaded polymer nanoparticles is demonstrated via the modification of surfaces of acetylene-functionalized PNPs with folate, biotin, and gold nanoparticles.
