<h4>Objective</h4>To generate Candida antarctica lipase A (CAL-A) mutants with modified fatty acid selectivities and improved lipolytic activities using error-prone PCR (epPCR).<h4>Results</h4>A Candida antarctica lipase A mutant was obtained in three rounds of epPCR.
