[Giant idiopathic hydronephrosis: toward a two-step therapeutic approach].

ABSTRACT: Giant hydronephrosis is rare. It is usually caused by ureteropelvic junction syndrome. The patient underwent deferred nephrectomy after percutaneous drainage.
