Double-hit lymphomas (DHLs) and double-expressor lymphomas (DELs) are associated with resistance to frontline and salvage immunochemotherapy, as well as autologous stem cell transplantation (SCT). We hypothesized that allogeneic SCT (alloSCT) could overcome the chemoresistance associated with DEL/DHL.
