ABSTRACT: Highlights•Cardiac Fabry disease is rare, but often leads to a poor prognosis for patients with heart failure.•Echocardiography could reveal a subtle change in the left ventricular wall motion.•Combination therapy including cardiac resynchronization therapy improved the prognosis for patients with cardiac Fabry disease and heart failure.
