Pakchoi (<i>Brassica rapa</i> subsp. <i>chinensis</i>) is cultivated for its nutritional value, particularly with regard to vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers. However, limited metabolic information is available on the phyto-nutritional traits of pakchoi.
