Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy (FT-NIR) coupled to chemometric algorithms such as back propagation (BP)-AdaBoost and synergy interval partial least square (Si-PLS) were deployed for the rapid prediction taste quality and taste-related components in black tea.
