Glucosinolate profiles significantly vary among <i>Brassica rapa</i> genotypes. However, the molecular basis of these variations is largely unknown. In this study, we investigated a major quantitative trait locus (QTL) controlling aliphatic glucosinolate accumulation in <i>B. rapa</i> leaves.
