<h4>Purpose</h4>Androgen receptor (<i>AR</i>) gene alterations, including ligand-binding domain mutations and copy number (CN) gain, have yet to be fully established as predictive markers of resistance to enzalutamide and abiraterone in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
