<h4>Purpose</h4>We developed a precision medicine program for patients with advanced cancer using integrative whole-exome sequencing and transcriptome analysis.<h4>Patients and methods</h4>Five hundred fifteen patients with locally advanced/metastatic solid tumors were prospectively enrolled, and paired tumor/normal sequencing was performed.
