Raman Spectra of Representative Phytopathogenic Conidia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Conidia colonization and outbreak caused significant losses in crop yield and the economy. Here, we publish conidial Raman spectrum of nine species, Fusarium graminearum, Colletotrichum alatae, Colletotrichum tropicale, Colletotrichum siamense, Colletotrichum acutatum, Erysiphe cichoracearum, Erysiphe quercicola, Podosphaera hibiscicola, and Pestalotiopsis microspora, as representatives of different phytopathogenic fungi. These original spectra are unprocessed, and each species has 60 spectra as replicants, and each spectrum was collected from a single conidium.
