Updated adverse outcome pathway network for chemical-induced liver cholestasis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: AOPs depict existing mechanistic information on key event relationships (KER) between key events (KEs) leading to an adverse outcome. The AOP network on chemical-induced liver cholestasis was updated using artificial intelligence-based method (SysRev) to be quantitatively assessed in a weight-of-evidence (WoE) approach using an integrative scoring system based on the tailored Bradford-Hill criteria (i.e., biological plausibility, empirical evidence and essentiality)
