ABSTRACT: Interventions: Group 1: 15 patients without guidance on irrigation before planned ileostomy dislocation in deep rectal resection. Anastomosis height less than or equal to 5 cm from ano Group 2: 15 patients with instructions for irrigation before planned Ileostomy dislocation during deep rectal resection. Anastomosis height less than or equal to 5 cm from ano Primary outcome(s): Reduction of the defecation episodes after stomar displacement by day and by night by the use of transanal irrigation after stomar displacement. Period of observation 3 months Study Design: Allocation: Randomized controlled study; Masking: Open (masking not used); Control: No treatment / Standard of care; Assignment: parallel; Study design purpose: treatment
