Endoscopic submucosal dissection for treatment of advanced colorectal neoplasia

ABSTRACT: Interventions: Group 1: Patients to be included will have flat or sessile colorectal neoplasia > 20mm amenable to endoscopic treatment. Endoscopic resection will be done with endoscopic submucosal dissection rather than by piecemeal mucosectomy.
Primary outcome(s): en bloc an R0 resection rate, evaluated endoscopically and by histopathology
