ABSTRACT: Interventions: Group 1: Retrospective determination of guideline and tumor board adherence to all therapy recommendations from the gastrointestinal tumor boards of Leipzig University Hospital from January 2020 - December 2020.
Primary outcome(s): Determining the guideline and tumor board adherence of gastrointestinal tumor boards
- determined by a classification model for adherence assessment, consisting of major and minor criteria, which classifies adherence into 4 categories: complete adherence, partial adherence, no adherence, non-assessable adherence.
- Guideline adherence: comparison of the therapy recommendation from the tumor board with the corresponding national guideline recommendation (S3 guidelines of the AWMF and/or Onkopedia guidelines).
- Tumor board adherence: comparison of the therapy recommendation from the tumor board with the therapy course (up to 3 months after tumor board date) from the digital, hospital-internal patient file or with treatment information from the Saxon Cancer Registry
