Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Interventions: Group 1: Cohort study: retrospective, non-randomized, monocentric, single-arm study.
This study is a retrospective cohort analysis. We evaluate data from patients with neuroendocrine tumors who underwent liver MRI with liver-specific contrast agent and 68Ga-DOTATATE (-TOC, NOC) PET/CT at a maximum interval of 3 months at the Institute of Clinical Radiology/ Clinic and Polyclinic of Radiology and the Clinic of Nuclear Medicine of the University Hospital of Munich during the period 2010-2021. The MRI sequences will be evaluated in 3 different sessions and compared and analyzed with the gold standard, PET/CT.
Primary outcome(s): Sensitivity, specificity, negative and positive predictive value of liver MRI (for different sequences) for extrahepatic metastases.
