Control Intervention1: Fasting: The patients in Group F will be fasted overnight and allowed water till 6 hours before surgery. Primary outcome(s): The primary outcome to be measured in the study will be the RGV (in mL) measured with ultrasound.Timepoint: Just before induction of anaesthesia. Study Design: Randomized, Parallel Group Trial Method of generating randomization sequence:Computer generated randomization Method of allocation concealment:Sequentially numbered, sealed, opaque envelopes Blinding and masking:Outcome Assessor Blinded
