Profiling of Peritoneal Metastases from Gastric Adenocarcinoma Identified Molecular Subtypes

ABSTRACT: Peritoneal carcinomatosis (PC) occurs frequently in gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC) patients and confers poor prognosis. Multiplex profiling of primary GACs has been insightful but the underpinnings of PC’s development/progression remain largely unknown. Here we characterized exome/transcriptome/immune landscapes of PC cells from 43 patients.
