Tumor HTG EdgeSeq from metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains tumor bulk HTG EdgeSeq from patients with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer. RNA libraries were prepared following manufacturer's user guide (HTG Molecular Diagnostics). Each library was sequenced in HTG EdgeSeq system.
