Isoform switching as a mechanism of acquired resistance to mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase inhibition


ABSTRACT: Targeted next-generation sequencing was performed in patients with IDH1 or IDH2 mutations. Here we describe 4 cases where mutant IDH isoform switching serves as a mechanism of acquired clinical resistance to mutant IDH inhibition.
