Gene expression profiles of mouse neutrophils stimulated with cancer stem cell-derived microvesicles
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Tumor-infilitrated myeloid cells have been implicated for tumor-host interaction and therapeutic resistance. However, impacts of tumor-secreted microvesicles on host neutrophils remain unknown. By examining transcriptome profiles of tumor exosome-stimulated neutrophils, key genes regulating tumor immunity will be elucidated to develope coping strategies for combating pathological tumor-host interaction.
