ABSTRACT: To address the functional implications at highthroughput level of TRA2A recruitment in FXTAS nuclear inclusions we performed Clariom D splicing arrays with the COS-7 cell models. We compared the profiles of the cells upon CGG overexpression, TRA2A overexpression and knockdown, with the respective controls.
