Genome-wide maps of chromatin state in in vivo- and in vitro-derived chondrocytes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Here we assess chormtin modifications in chondrocytes across different stages of human ontogeny and in chondroyctes derived during from human pluripotent stem cells. These data demonstrate that at early stages of development or differentiation, genes associated with non-chondrogenic fates have more activating histone marks which are lost with increased developmental age or differentiation time.
