Ribosomal protein S6 Rps6 heterozygous null deletion effect on footpad epidermis


ABSTRACT: Mutant and non-mutant footpad. McGowan et al. in press Keywords: Mutant vs. non-mutant The tissue (footpad epidermis) is from a conditional heterozygous null deletion of Rps6. One copy of Rps6 was deleted from keratinocytes in the skin using the K5.Cre transgene.
