Gene expression profiling shows that a jaz decuple mutation (jazD) promotes expression of defense-related genes while inhibiting expression of growth-related genes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The decuple jaz mutation (jazD) affects plant growth and defense. We used RNA-sequencing to query the transcriptomes of a jaz quintuple mutant (jazQ) and jazD, and examined how these mutations alter the expression of growth- and defense-associated genes in comparison to wild-type Col-0 plants. The data highlight how jasmonate pathways contribute to growth and defense.
