Expression data from OVA-induced allergic mice [Affymetrix]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: IgE antibodies are key mediators of food allergy, and the production of IgE is tightly regulated at the moleculaer and cellular level in the germinal center of lymph glands where specific sets of genes are up-regulated. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying ovalbumin-induced allergy and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes during this process.
