LncRNA and mRNA expression profiling from purified CD19+CD24hiCD27+ B cells and CD19+CD24loCD27- B cells of Hashimoto Disease patients and healthy donors
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Recent studies have indicated that B cells act as a crucial regulator in autoimmune diseases. However, little is known about their role in Graves’ Disease (GD) which is an important autoimmune thyroid disease. There is now accumulating evidence that mRNA and lncRNA are important regulators of B cell function, we explored the functional lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles from purified CD19+ B cells of GD patients and healthy individuals. We compared lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles from isolated B cells of GD patients and normal control using microarray to examine the mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of GD.
