Expression data from rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are involved in tissue homeostasis and repair, and can be impaired in subjects with high fat diet (HFD)-induced metabolic disorders. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression bone marrow MSCs (BMSCs) underlying HFD-induced progression of metabolic disorders in rat and identified distinct classes of differentiatilly expressed genes during this process.
ORGANISM(S): Rattus norvegicus
