Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of Colorectal Cancer Tissue Transcriptomes


ABSTRACT: Non-codingRNAs play an important roles in cancers. However, the expression profiles of circRNAs (circRNAs) in human colorectal cancer are largely unclear. The present study aimed at screening the differentially expressed circRNAs, microRNAs (miRNAs) and mRNA in CRC tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues, investigating the function and mechanism of them through analyzing related miRNAs and mRNAs, especially star mRNAs in CRC, such as gut-enriched Krüppel-like factor (KLF4).
